the NJCMLDDS seniors' farewell party yesterday at sentosa was, alhamdulillah, a success!
the seniors had fun. we had even more tremendous fun. and the food was more than enough :)
sitting in the sea and getting ourselves all drenched(together with the wet games) was surprisingly exciting even though i didn't want to get wet in the first place.
so, that's a relief.

dec is just three days away and sadly, i haven't really started on revision nor my holiday homework. and i'll be gg to perth in two weeks time. great, time is running out :/

i'm off to youth camp now! may no major cock ups happen. but err, who knows.

i received a new companion today, pooh bear!! thanks so very much amanda, cheok, jocelyn and kristine! and of course, xinru honey! haha, it's so cute. xinru must have bought it cause i look as cute as the bear. ahaha :P and eh, my name at the beginning was spelt as halisna. wrong la dey. but really, thanks so very much, i love it! (esp, the sweet message inside)

and i took a long time to refold the paper back into a heart shape! retarded :)

it feels good to be home :)

bintan was totally awesome. the company was fabulous. the atmosphere was relaxing. the scenery was beautiful. the experiences were fun and memorable.
even though the things we did were pretty normal, such as shopping, going to the beach, swimming, watching television, somehow, it felt great! well, the company really matters. i love y'all cousins and aunts and uncles! :D

though i've been feeling super tired since i got back. maybe it's the one-hour time difference? okay, HAHA. i wanna go there again, with my family perhaps? three days was really too short seh.


i was that excited too kay when i took the ferry! even though i slept most of the time cause i couldn't stand the choppy waters but the sea did look nice.



the resort struck me as magnificent the first time i saw it, i mean, look at its size! and there was a swimming pool with it, gahh, my dream house! haha, and it was super fun playing games like captain's ball and limbo in the swimming pool. very funny also la my cousins and oh, the buggy was super fun to drive in! :D



these kids are so adorable i tell you. and the things they say are priceless.

i'm so gonna miss my madrasah classmates man. the guys being super retarded and lame. the girls being super chatty and noisy. and of course, the ustazahs, who have put up with all our nonsense for the past year. we had our last class today and it was fun! well, partly because i was just taking pictures and playing with carrom (is that how you spell it? i don't even know cause it's been a very long time since i last played it) :P it's been ten years and it's kind of weird not having to go anymore and see the people you've sort of grew up with. all i can say is, thank you guys for being such a wonderful batch of people (:


Monday

ICE SKATINGGG! yes, after a long while. andd, with wani!
oh man, it was the first time i fell down flat on my butt! and i laid at the ice rink for a few seconds before i got up. haha.
and of course there were a few near-to-falling moments and i bet wani was laughing at me throughout the thing. we had a lovely talk the whole day(she went my house after that). and i helped her decide on a clip to buy for her hair. yay!

Tuesday

SYF workshop at jurongville sec sch. it was okla. i felt that we played pretty ermm, okayla, let's just say it's not up to standard. but it was kinda nice to learn about all the ethnic instruments and interacting with the girls from madrasah aljunied.

i'm off to bintan tmr! oh and my elder sister, who's just finished her a levels today, wishes to say that life's great! haha. she's still as skinny as ever but thinks she's fat. gosh, i can still remember her 'every potato chip i eat means 5 grams more!'.

exercise day! well, sort of.
badminton date with shamini and safa. had to walk a super long route just to get to the court centre.
but it was fun! and full of retarded-ness. of course la, since shamini was there.
even though i haven't played badminton for a long time, i haven't lost my winning streak. haha, ehem ehem.
there were a lot of teasing and dancing when safa/shamini lost. haha! and the uncles there were nice to lend us a shuttlecock since all 3 of mine wasn't working -_-



Saturday

morning: went to take passport, queue was super long! amidst the financial crisis, singaporeans are apparently still going on holidays :)
afternoon: angklung practice
evening: sentosa and vivo for MLDDS meeting.

i was really super tired and so didn't really have the energy to talk. sorry guys, somehow, i felt drained. but i liked playing with the sand on the beach at sentosa. it's been kind of a long time since i did that :)

i miss cedar peeps.

Wednesday

and so, there was angklung training after weeks of not having it.
in the beginning, i was looking forward to get my hands on the kuolintang.
but then, a few hours passed
and after playing the same songs over and over again + 5 hrs plus of standing, i kind of got tired of it.
as in, it felt as though the notes were registered in my head and i was simply playing it like a robot.
but then again, i have to get used to it considering the fact that SYF is just a few months away.

i feel my brain has rusted cause it seems like i don't remember a thing about chemistry. seriously, took me 1 hour just to do a few questions. and mcq at that.

Monday.

mr han practically dropped a bomb on me when he told the class about the contents that we'll be covering for history next year.
but oh wells, when the going gets tough, the tough gets going (:

and then it was off to bugis to discuss the drama plot.
my shoes and socks were super disgustingly wet due to the rain and thus we went in search of a slipper at bugis street. haha, kind of my first time touring the shops actually. and it's cool! i saw wei wen also! miss you girl :D
to find more inspiration, we went to the esplanade rooftop which was pretty nice. and it was really fun trying to come up with themes and confusing stories to link all the characters together.
of course, with rasyiqah around, camwhoring was a must! haha and somehow, our feet were behaving weirdly as we kept tripping for no reason! lissya punya pasal la ni kan? haha

in the evening, safa, rasyiqah and i went down to plaza singapura, sat by a pool and just talked. it's surprising how we can be such close friends when we've known each other for only a year. (: the night sky was just lovely, though the people PDA-ing beside us kind of irritated me.

after PW was confirmed over, we went to pizza hut at PS. I think the high mood made me a glutton cause i gobbled down chicken rice at home after that. goodness!

and coincidentally, i had lunch today at the same place with vathany and deepthi.
we had a lovely lovely talk, catching up on each other's lives. (esp vathany's!) :)
meetings with cedarians never fail to bring surprises especially when i find out abt ex-schmates getting attached! haha

5 birthday cakes! cool or what man?! haha

started with the surprise birthday celebration at safa's house. me being so naive actually believed that there was ONLY going to be MLDDS meeting today. still wear nice nice some more. haha! but ended up having chocolate cake on my face and clothes instead of IN MY MOUTH. gosh. it was all worth it though, my first ever surprise birthday celebration eh. :D

and then went home and received more presents(: love love love the anuar zain past albums. what's more, cik cacam and family took a whole lot of effort to buy them for me. thanks so much cik na, cik ani and families for coming as well to celebrate my special day! and of course, mum and dad and younger sister's super-retarded-but-i-know-took-a-lot-of-effort present.

last but truly NOT the least, CAMPFIRE!! i tell you, the feeling of having a birthday song sung for you during the last campfire that you're gonna have was really great. thanks for the cake and singing of song! miss aries so much this year and i obviously had much fun with you guys :D

not forgetting those who smsed/gave friendster comments/tagged on my blog throughout the day and those who gave me presents beforehand. i love (like really to the max) ALL the presents and am deeply touched by all of you.

oh man, i love my family, relatives and friends so so much.
