But after that, me, Dinah and Safa took a trip down to don’t know where la and ended up in marina barrage to discuss our drama. A fruitful discussion i must say. Finished up pretty quickly and took a walk around the area, all the time talking and talking. I LIKE! The scenery was pretty good :)
Sadly, i only took one picture with my phone :(
Oh and this morning i was exclaiming to my elder sister that i bought hair clips because they were really cute! And she said, “ye la, semua barang cute you beli. Nanti i pun you nak beli eh.” Oh my goodness. I think my sister is the number 1 in taking advantage of situations to praise herself la.
Today was WALKING day, walked more than i ever walked in my whole entire life. (okay, that was obviously an exaggeration but it certainly felt so!) cousins’ outing to Henderson waves, hortpark and whatnots till vivocity. The company was awesome and we certainly took A LOT of pictures. I think we were all stinking by the time we reached banquet at vivo. Haha.
Picture perfect. Click!
I would seriously want a swing like that in my future house.
I forgot the name of this bridge. Apparently my brother got really scared walking on it!
Yep, apparently, they read the sign.
Henderson waves bridge!
The last time I rode on a cable car was ages ago in genting. I wanna ride on one again!
Posing posing
This was our source of motivation sey throughout the walk. Haha.

So we did manage to meet up in the end :) and as always, meetings with old friends are lovely. Just a very nice feeling la that I didn’t lose contact. love you weiwen!
And my dad yesterday was really random. I hugged him after prayers and he said in a serious tone that he was gonna give me a piece of advice. This was what he said, “you know, if you don’t want homework, then don’t come home!” oh my goodness, my reaction was like -_____- la can. So lame! Haha, yes, if you find me lame, seriously, you haven’t seen the worst.
The past few days i watched chick flicks just to pass time away. Angus thongs and perfect snogging and Another Cinderella story. Was nice to watch la but totally fairytale-ish which i know will never happen for me in real life. Yeah, examples of too-good-to-be-true situations. (this includes anuar zain. Yes, sadly, I am aware that we’ll never be together. HAHAHAHA)
Oh and the forum perdana yesterday was pretty interesting. about cinta tiruan. I think i did learn quite a few things which i’ll be able to apply currently where i am easily swayed by my emotions.
&& I finished my homework! *pats myself on the back*. Haha, but there are still a lot of chem questions which i simply do not understand. And yes, i know, i should be doing revision now. Oh wells. I’ll need a lot of pep talk from the teachers to get me started on some serious mugging. Heh.
About my book of world conflicts, it’s kinda starting to gross me out with the way dictators torture their people, especially in the latest chapter on central Africa. This includes machete lacerations to the head, neck, arms, legs etc, gouging out one or both eyes, injections with acid, genital mutilation and god knows what else. It’s like sadistic sey. May these people die a horrible death as well.
Oh i forgot to add that i went on a short history trip on Sunday to where my mum’s village used to be. Of course, i found it interesting. History is always interesting! Haha, somehow when it comes to history stuff, i feel as though the old times are playing itself in my head and i can just imagine how it used to be like last time.
The school my mum used to go to.
The school my uncle used to go to. I think both the schools are now hostels for international students.
My mum said that this used to be a grassy land where their village used to be :)
The small Tasek Utara mosque which is still there since 1907, my granddad used to be the treasurer of the mosque. He’s now 87.
My granddad told me that the mosque used to be packed with people wanting to learn how to ngaji (recite the Koran). It’s now very quiet even though it’s been upgraded. And underneath this place, there used to be coffins in case anyone called to inform of a funeral.
After the trip, my mum treated us to Bilal restaurant. Yummy!
I had a great day on Monday as well! Well, besides the fact that safa smsed me in the evening saying that i have to go for the CHEM retest which i think i’ll do super badly. Oh wells, haslina and chem just doesn’t go together i think. But nvm, get to see shamini’s cute hair! HAHA.
So after a gazillion years, i managed to meet up with cedar peeps yo!
Them! Yvonne, deepthi and vathany :D they got excited seeing the free food from action city and demanded a picture. Retarded.
I miss having her as my table partner! We used to talk like there was no tomorrow mann.
Apparently, they can’t read. haha
Yay, thanks for the wonderful afternoon girls! I miss y’all la. Nice to know you guys are doing great though. More updates soon yeah?? <33
&& today, i played pool for the first time in my life! Fun fun for me :D kinda easy to learn i think cause i managed to get a few balls into the holes. I was practically jumping for joy each time a ball went in. Haha. thanks faiz and syafiq for the treat! And of course, safa :D
Meet my new friend, HANISAH! Haha, studying chem in school.
Me and safa in the bus on our trip home (: love you girl, many many.

And today’s belia meeting was simply retarded! I think i laughed till my stomach ached. The guys are forever making jokes and today i was the special target since my elder sister wasn’t there to back me up. But fun fun la play carom. Though i still suck, i think i’m getting a lot better :D
After reading my book about world conflicts, i feel enlightened, angry, horrified and sad all at the same time. It nearly brought me to tears knowing the state the world is in currently. And damn those corrupt dictators la and their regimes whatsoever. Sheesh. But well, at least i KNOW and understand.
After this gonna-be-long post, i am FREE from blogging about Australia. Hope you have enjoyed my personal series of adventures in Australia. heh(:
5th day:
those whose name starts with H! And kpo zalifa at the back =.=
See how my siblings crave for their pictures to be captured on camera.
Trip to AQWA! Something like singapore’s underwater world but BIGGER.
As my sister puts it, the creature that killed Steve Irwin.
Turtle! Reminded me of the 150 years old one in finding nemo.
Sharky!
Lobster, if you can see it!
My own Patrick version! Haha
-__-fish
Shopping madness! cheap cheap prices cause it was all factory outlets. bought A LOT of stuff from jeans to shoes to tops etc.
6th day:
The five of us took a bus down to harbourtown. The bus ride felt just the same as in Singapore. And of course shopping took up the whole day so NEXT!
7th day:
Super sunny but the words said “fremantle markets”. The stuff there are pretty expensive but since my mum said it was a must-go, we walked around.
Daddy! This was at the harbour near the Kaili’s restaurant(next picture) where we ate supposedly the best fish and chips in Australia. but well, not for me though. then beside this restaurant there was another fish and chips shop which said it was voted no.1 by australians. so we were like, which one is really the best then??
E-SHED MARKETS! Where the souvenirs there are way cheaper than those in fremantle.
Then our parents decided that we should go see brother’s university there since it could be our only chance. (HOPEFULLY NOT!!!)
The buildings there looked pretty old though. Very different from the new curtin campus in Singapore.
SMILE LIKE IT'S YOUR LAST PPL! :D
Oh and drama in the evening when my brother’s car couldn’t move. my brother was supposed to follow my dad's car back to our hotel but in the end, my dad had to make a u turn on the highway and try to fix his car. i was quite amused la so started clicking pictures.
Zalifa just action only la wanted to help push the car with my dad. Oh and apparently my bro and sis figured out that eyepower could somehow move the car. HAHA. But in the end, i also helped to push the car, quite fun!
8th and *sobs sobs* last day:
Mum cooked breakfast. Her French toast are the nicest ever! And look at my younger sister’s plate! Tsk tsk, never even eat the vegetables.
Family portrait at bro’s house! I think my dad didn’t smile because he’s scared that his fake tooth would fall out. Haha
Sorry zalifa, but i’m still taller! Haha
Bro: With four ladies in the family, what do you expect??
Before the flight, we had drinks at DOME. Oh mann, super delicious la their different flavoured ice blended chocolate drinks. Good way to end our trip to perth :)
Last picture with eldest bro. And abg shahiddin spotted with stone face after burping!
Up up and away!
Sunset in the skies. I LIKE!
The food was too much for me man but luckily i was sitting beside dad and he offered to finish most of my food for me. OH and i watched dark knight though i mostly fast forwarded it cause i couldn’t really understand.
Last picture of the day:
CHANGI AIRPORT!
Wow, to sum it all up, Australia was fabulous to the max. It felt really good to be taking a break from all that studying and what more with this group of people i love the most.
My family <3
wah, no mood to study for chem and GP. bleah.
