i had a good time laughing today at our crazy ideas for the future and discussing how each of our squadmates will be like as grandmothers. yes, and i particularly love the idea of celebrating old age. we decided that we would play 'bumper cars' with our wheelchairs and have a party when our squadmates loses their first tooth. HAHA. i love you guys! yes, even you shazreen banu bte yusoff :D

and i realise i enjoy talking to kids. cause yesterday my young cousins came over and i was disturbing one of them. he accidentally drew on the bedsheet with a marker and i told him he had to bring it home and wash it before returning it. he became frantic and even licked the bedsheet to get the stain off! so cute! but haha, i'm so evil :P

yay, elder sis treating us to macdonalds' breakfast tmr with her first pay!

today was a visit to nenek's kampung. very peaceful atmosphere. nice to sleep also. heh. and i love eating the kuih-kuihs(cakes) for breakfast esp ondeh-ondeh goreng!

oh and just now at the immigration, the officer was checking our passports and seeing our faces to see if they matched with the ones on the passport. apparently, he thought that mine didn't and after looking a couple of times at me and my passport, he asked for my i/c. unfortunately, i didn't bring my i/c. like my mum said, who would bring their i/cs if they had their passports?? okay maybe some will but i didn't. so i told the officer i had my ez-link card though and gave it to him which was a really bad idea cause i looked 199734894896386867 more times different with my awful tomboy-ish hair in p6. HAHA. the officer frowned even more but then decided to just let our car pass la.

and i kind of watch qabil khushry qabil igam again. one of the saddest stories but still, one of my favourites :)

oh ya! HAPPY CNY to my friends :D

CNY celeb was fun yet quite a bore. Fun because the class was pretty funny! && i did the tossing of food in the air for good luck thing for the first time! (: i think it’s called yu sheng sth. Haha, plus the cherades game! Quite a bore, frankly speaking, cause of the concert. Although i do applaud the performances, i got pretty distracted after a while. Heh

But after that, me, Dinah and Safa took a trip down to don’t know where la and ended up in marina barrage to discuss our drama. A fruitful discussion i must say. Finished up pretty quickly and took a walk around the area, all the time talking and talking. I LIKE! The scenery was pretty good :)

Sadly, i only took one picture with my phone :(

Oh and this morning i was exclaiming to my elder sister that i bought hair clips because they were really cute! And she said, “ye la, semua barang cute you beli. Nanti i pun you nak beli eh.” Oh my goodness. I think my sister is the number 1 in taking advantage of situations to praise herself la.

Today was WALKING day, walked more than i ever walked in my whole entire life. (okay, that was obviously an exaggeration but it certainly felt so!) cousins’ outing to Henderson waves, hortpark and whatnots till vivocity. The company was awesome and we certainly took A LOT of pictures. I think we were all stinking by the time we reached banquet at vivo. Haha.

Me and fadilah! We talked about princess Diana along the way. Haha, she’s so random mann. anyway, this was at hortpark gardening hub. they have seriously beautiful flowers there.

Picture perfect. Click!

I would seriously want a swing like that in my future house.

I forgot the name of this bridge. Apparently my brother got really scared walking on it!

Yep, apparently, they read the sign.

This place looks ulu but somehow grand-ish at the same time.

Henderson waves bridge!

The last time I rode on a cable car was ages ago in genting. I wanna ride on one again!

Posing posing

This was our source of motivation sey throughout the walk. Haha.

what a lovely day it was!
:D

1) the girl that makes me enjoy chem pracs. okay not fully. (since i can never look forward to chem pracs! haha) but the fact that i can laugh through it is good enough (: oh mann, the blunders i used to make.

2) the girl whose retardedness puts all other retards to shame. HAHA.

hopefully i'll pass my maths retest. i certainly don't want to end up in remedial :(

last evening, it was freezing cold cause a strong wind blew into the room. i clung onto my 2nd elder brother and told him i was cold and shivering. this was what he said.

" eh sorry ah, i know i'm hot la.. but can you please don't...."
OH MY GOODNESS. ego freak sey. haha.

and today my elder sister came up to me.
she said: eh, i want to tell you something.
me: what?
she said: something.

RETARDED! it took me a while to register it but then i just gave her the -__-" look and walked away.
okay, so my siblings are amusing. and my eldest brother just came back today! from australia.
&& i managed to clear most of my homework over the weekends. but i sense a busy week ahead.

huda gave me this magazine today! although it's a long-time-ago edition, STILL! *gasps gasps* hahaha.

i'm getting addicted to this mandarin orange, or whatever it's called. so sweet and nice!

5 hours of lessons non-stop is seriously no joke man.
esp when it's after PE.
but lessons have been interesting so far, so it's good :)

and yes, i had tremendous fun at tanisha's house. she is like the funniest person i've ever met! laughed at all the retarded things we used to do back in cedar. obsessions eh. HAHA.

i don't know if i'm gonna be up for angklung practices. sometimes i feel as though i'm playing just for the sake of playing.
and oh yes, my history teachers are really the best at pep talks. haha, if my teacher had gone on for a few more seconds, i would have broken down in fear mann, no kidding! but good la, i'll need it.

oh, the CREATOR!

maybe i'm just tired la after reaching home late today.

but then again, thanks dears for the lovely presents bought overseas. love them!

i wanna try harder, but something's not right.

school starts tomorrow. sighs. i haven't even decided on my hairstyle. HAHA, okay don't worry, i'm not turning into a bimbo yet.

oh and today there were two classic convos! one was between my two sisters. it started when my younger sister saw my elder sister doing notes which was actually for my friend she was going to tutor.

younger sis: WHY ARE YOU STILL STUDYING?!
elder sis: i can't live without studying! (with the drama tone and all)
younger sis: OH MY GOODNESS.... (looks at her phone)
elder sis: it's true!... (looking at her notes)
younger sis: WHERE ARE ALL MY PHOTOS?!

me in the living room just burst out laughing mann! this is what happens when you have convo w/o having eye contact.

the next one was between me and my dad. (haha, AGAIN) he never fail to amuse me la. i was telling him about safa, the one whom my elder sister is tutoring.

dad: macam mana kak sulaiha kenal your kawan?
me: alaa, dalam my blog ader tulis pasal dier pe. letak gambar lagi.
dad: ahh, bagusla tu. lain kali kahwin pun tak payah sanding eh. letak je gambar sama-sama kat blog.
me: HAHAHAHAHAHA (in my mind, i was like, random seyyy!)
dad: ikut teknologi kini kan. save the earth lagi, sanding kena pakai air, electricity etc etc.

classic convos are da bomb! HAHA, and the best part is, they can happen anytime, anywhere :D

So we did manage to meet up in the end :) and as always, meetings with old friends are lovely. Just a very nice feeling la that I didn’t lose contact. love you weiwen!

And my dad yesterday was really random. I hugged him after prayers and he said in a serious tone that he was gonna give me a piece of advice. This was what he said, “you know, if you don’t want homework, then don’t come home!” oh my goodness, my reaction was like -_____- la can. So lame! Haha, yes, if you find me lame, seriously, you haven’t seen the worst.

The past few days i watched chick flicks just to pass time away. Angus thongs and perfect snogging and Another Cinderella story. Was nice to watch la but totally fairytale-ish which i know will never happen for me in real life. Yeah, examples of too-good-to-be-true situations. (this includes anuar zain. Yes, sadly, I am aware that we’ll never be together. HAHAHAHA)

Oh and the forum perdana yesterday was pretty interesting. about cinta tiruan. I think i did learn quite a few things which i’ll be able to apply currently where i am easily swayed by my emotions.

&& I finished my homework! *pats myself on the back*. Haha, but there are still a lot of chem questions which i simply do not understand. And yes, i know, i should be doing revision now. Oh wells. I’ll need a lot of pep talk from the teachers to get me started on some serious mugging. Heh.

About my book of world conflicts, it’s kinda starting to gross me out with the way dictators torture their people, especially in the latest chapter on central Africa. This includes machete lacerations to the head, neck, arms, legs etc, gouging out one or both eyes, injections with acid, genital mutilation and god knows what else. It’s like sadistic sey. May these people die a horrible death as well.

Oh i forgot to add that i went on a short history trip on Sunday to where my mum’s village used to be. Of course, i found it interesting. History is always interesting! Haha, somehow when it comes to history stuff, i feel as though the old times are playing itself in my head and i can just imagine how it used to be like last time.

The school my mum used to go to.

The school my uncle used to go to. I think both the schools are now hostels for international students.

My mum said that this used to be a grassy land where their village used to be :)

The small Tasek Utara mosque which is still there since 1907, my granddad used to be the treasurer of the mosque. He’s now 87.

My granddad told me that the mosque used to be packed with people wanting to learn how to ngaji (recite the Koran). It’s now very quiet even though it’s been upgraded. And underneath this place, there used to be coffins in case anyone called to inform of a funeral.

After the trip, my mum treated us to Bilal restaurant. Yummy!

I had a great day on Monday as well! Well, besides the fact that safa smsed me in the evening saying that i have to go for the CHEM retest which i think i’ll do super badly. Oh wells, haslina and chem just doesn’t go together i think. But nvm, get to see shamini’s cute hair! HAHA.

So after a gazillion years, i managed to meet up with cedar peeps yo!

Them! Yvonne, deepthi and vathany :D they got excited seeing the free food from action city and demanded a picture. Retarded.

I miss having her as my table partner! We used to talk like there was no tomorrow mann.

Apparently, they can’t read. haha

Yay, thanks for the wonderful afternoon girls! I miss y’all la. Nice to know you guys are doing great though. More updates soon yeah?? <33

&& today, i played pool for the first time in my life! Fun fun for me :D kinda easy to learn i think cause i managed to get a few balls into the holes. I was practically jumping for joy each time a ball went in. Haha. thanks faiz and syafiq for the treat! And of course, safa :D

Meet my new friend, HANISAH! Haha, studying chem in school.

Me and safa in the bus on our trip home (: love you girl, many many.

Aries bbq was a super double TRIPLE enjoyment for me! All the talks updating us about each other, jokes and crazy antics, entertained me A LOT. Haha. I always forget how much I miss them till I actually meet them. Oh, I LOVE aries! && no matter how much they try to outcast or make fun of me, I know they love me too. Haha. I seriously hope we’ll meet more often through the birthday outings at each others’ schools. Can’t wait! :D hurry upload the pics kay.

And today’s belia meeting was simply retarded! I think i laughed till my stomach ached. The guys are forever making jokes and today i was the special target since my elder sister wasn’t there to back me up. But fun fun la play carom. Though i still suck, i think i’m getting a lot better :D

After reading my book about world conflicts, i feel enlightened, angry, horrified and sad all at the same time. It nearly brought me to tears knowing the state the world is in currently. And damn those corrupt dictators la and their regimes whatsoever. Sheesh. But well, at least i KNOW and understand.

After this gonna-be-long post, i am FREE from blogging about Australia. Hope you have enjoyed my personal series of adventures in Australia. heh(:

5th day:

those whose name starts with H! And kpo zalifa at the back =.=

See how my siblings crave for their pictures to be captured on camera.

Trip to AQWA! Something like singapore’s underwater world but BIGGER.

Shark's jaws.

As my sister puts it, the creature that killed Steve Irwin.

Turtle! Reminded me of the 150 years old one in finding nemo.

Sharky!

Lobster, if you can see it!

My own Patrick version! Haha

-__-fish

Shopping madness! cheap cheap prices cause it was all factory outlets. bought A LOT of stuff from jeans to shoes to tops etc.

6th day:

The five of us took a bus down to harbourtown. The bus ride felt just the same as in Singapore. And of course shopping took up the whole day so NEXT!

7th day:

Super sunny but the words said “fremantle markets”. The stuff there are pretty expensive but since my mum said it was a must-go, we walked around.

Daddy! This was at the harbour near the Kaili’s restaurant(next picture) where we ate supposedly the best fish and chips in Australia. but well, not for me though. then beside this restaurant there was another fish and chips shop which said it was voted no.1 by australians. so we were like, which one is really the best then??

E-SHED MARKETS! Where the souvenirs there are way cheaper than those in fremantle.

Then our parents decided that we should go see brother’s university there since it could be our only chance. (HOPEFULLY NOT!!!)

The buildings there looked pretty old though. Very different from the new curtin campus in Singapore.

SMILE LIKE IT'S YOUR LAST PPL! :D

Oh and drama in the evening when my brother’s car couldn’t move. my brother was supposed to follow my dad's car back to our hotel but in the end, my dad had to make a u turn on the highway and try to fix his car. i was quite amused la so started clicking pictures.

Zalifa just action only la wanted to help push the car with my dad. Oh and apparently my bro and sis figured out that eyepower could somehow move the car. HAHA. But in the end, i also helped to push the car, quite fun!

8th and *sobs sobs* last day:

Mum cooked breakfast. Her French toast are the nicest ever! And look at my younger sister’s plate! Tsk tsk, never even eat the vegetables.

Family portrait at bro’s house! I think my dad didn’t smile because he’s scared that his fake tooth would fall out. Haha

Sorry zalifa, but i’m still taller! Haha

Bro: With four ladies in the family, what do you expect??

Before the flight, we had drinks at DOME. Oh mann, super delicious la their different flavoured ice blended chocolate drinks. Good way to end our trip to perth :)

Last picture with eldest bro. And abg shahiddin spotted with stone face after burping!

Up up and away!

Sunset in the skies. I LIKE!

The food was too much for me man but luckily i was sitting beside dad and he offered to finish most of my food for me. OH and i watched dark knight though i mostly fast forwarded it cause i couldn’t really understand.

Last picture of the day:

CHANGI AIRPORT!

Wow, to sum it all up, Australia was fabulous to the max. It felt really good to be taking a break from all that studying and what more with this group of people i love the most.

My family <3

wah, no mood to study for chem and GP. bleah.
